1. Introduction

By accessing and using Lost n Foundd, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating reports.
• Do not submit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content.
• Respect other users and comply with applicable laws.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the app solely to provide the service.

4. Rewards & Wallet

Rewards are optional. If you set a reward, a minimum of 500 FRS applies and sufficient wallet balance is required. Held balances and releases are governed by our escrow and payout policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
